Activations are a Placemaking tool used to attract people to a space and encourage a connection between the community and that space. Commonly Activations are “Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper”, low cost and high impact options, which are often better than a costly re-design.

Our Activations are temporary projects, which differ from “events” because they are directly connected with the place they are held. Some of the Activations occur regularly, monthly or yearly, and some are one-off pop-ups to inspire the community.
